No, I'm not referring to the skyrocketing prices or low
interest rates.
I'm referring to
the movement to redefine the home as a safe, sustainable and inexpensive

Until recently the movement was confined to the "lunatic fringe" of folks
who built geodesic dome houses in the mountains powered by sheep manure
(only a guess). But, with the rise of a younger more savvy generation
of homeowners and homebuyers, the market is responding to pressure to
rethink the way building has been done for decades.
