• I've been approached by so many people wanting to know what their home has now become worth these days...every neighborhood is different, of course, but there's an old saying that "the trend is your friend".  In order to give a more professional answer than "oh, boy, lots" I went over the actual sales statistics for 2000 through July 2005.  What I found did not really surprise me, but still the numbers are impressive.  If you bought your home since 2000, this should be of interest to you.  Use the contact sheet and select "appreciation summary" and I'll email you a copy of my report - free!
