Home Energy Awareness
program for real estate clients.
Anyone who is a client of Jeff's will
receive a complimentary in-home consultation with
Steve Mellinger of Blue Moon
Enterprises. Steve is well-versed in the realm of
alternative and independant energy options, and will take
the time to walk the client's home discussing the possible
ways the client can upgrade, repair or test to improve
energy consumption. Steve will answer questions on a
variety of subjects and offer literature to support the
discussion.
Should the client prefer to investigate
further after the consultation, Jeff can arrange for a Home
Performance specialist to test the home for areas of air
leakage, efficiency and recommended improvements (As this
is a specialist, there will be a charge for this service).
Many Energy Efficient Mortgages (EEMs)
require a home performance rating to ensure compliance with
the terms of the loan program.
