Every Friday, new homes come on the market offered by HUD (Housing and Urban Development). These are primarily FHA-insured mortgage foreclosures.
Many of these homes are "cosmetically challenged" and will take anywhere from little to a major amount of work.
Only brokers who are authorized to place bids into the internet-based system may do so. We are an authorized agent to bid on these properties on behalf of our clients and can visit most of the offerings in the area around Lancaster County.
